By purchasing a Güntner unit, you have acquired a high-quality product. But if you have any complaints about one of our products, we will handle the warranty notice as quickly as we possibly can. We'll also be happy to answer any questions you may have about the test report and credit memos here.

Transparent and fast processing of your warranty notice is a top priority for us.

To help with this, we have created a digital warranty claim form where you can provide us with all of the information we need and also upload any relevant images or supporting documents.

3 years of warranty for all the products of the Compact line

We are glad to offer you, in addition to the technical advantages of our units, also a Plus in service: Güntner extends the warranty period for the Compact product line from 24 to 36 months.

This extended warranty is standard for all the Compact units in Europe, regardless of whether the unit is equipped with finoox or microox technology.

Just as for our products, we underline our commitment to provide you "Always with the special Plus". This means we give you safety for an additional year – safety that is based on the quality of our products
