New Management Board

Güntner GmbH & Co. KG establishes a new management structure: The previous Managing Director, Robert Gerle, joins the Executive Board of the parent company, A-HEAT AG, and hands over the management to Andrea Holzbaur (Finance), Michael Freiherr (Engineering) and Marco Baumann (Marketing and Sales). By restructuring its management at the headquarters while establishing new teams of managing directors also in other regions, the Güntner Group is best prepared for the challenges and opportunities of the future.

New Management Team of Güntner GmbH & Co. KG

With the new management of Güntner GmbH & Co. KG, we continue the dynamic development of the past years and we pursue the commitment to continuous progress in our activities, to direct and personal contact with the customer and to our corporate culture with passion. The three managers have all been long-term employees of the Group.

Andrea Holzbaur has worked for the company since 2013: After graduating in Technical Business Studies from the University of Stuttgart and several management positions in Finance and Controlling Departments, Ms Holzbaur assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer Europe for the Güntner Group Europe GmbH in 2013.

Marco Baumann is a mechanical engineer (Master of Science in Engineering) and joined the sister company JAEGGI already in 2011; he started working as a technical project manager before becoming active in international sales and responsible for the entire product portfolio of JAEGGI in 2013. Mr Baumann also takes over the management of Güntner's sister company JAEGGI Hybridtechnologie AG.

Michael Freiherr occupied various positions in refrigeration plant engineering after his training as a refrigeration engineer and further qualification as a Master Craftsman for Refrigeration Plant Constructions before joining Güntner in 2008. During his engineering course, he had worked in several departments within Güntner GmbH & Co. KG and went to the University of Maryland. At Güntner, he was Head of Product Management before taking over the position of Chief Technical Officer for the Güntner Group in 2017.
