Ordering spare parts

We need some information from you so that we can process your request as quickly as possible. Please provide us with the following information for spare part orders:

  • original order, project, invoice or serial number (you'll find the information on the unit)
  • a picture of the nameplate
  • customer and systems data for the purchase order
